“We had a great experience with Caceres Air Solutions. Johan was our main contact and made everything easy from start to finish. Super responsive, clear communication, and no guessing games.

We previously only had heat and no AC, so this was a huge upgrade. They came out to Orange County, handled all permits, coordinated the HERS test and city inspection, and completed the full HVAC install plus electrical in one day. Johan also set us up with a smart thermostat, which has been a game changer.

The new unit is way quieter than expected and much slimmer and cleaner than a lot of the older units in our complex. I love that it’s tucked away and not loud or ugly.

He took photos in our attic so we could see exactly what the issue was... turns out our 40 year system was disintegrating and blowing bits of fiberglass throughout our home, so THAT wasn't great. Repair and replacement was scheduled promptly and Jeremy along with Van, Geno and Arie came the following week.
