Amazing, Roy was able to get a tech out basically same day. (That’s a miracle these days) What I thought was going to be an entire new system was only a switch. Wow a few hundred instead of 8-10K. Ricky the tech was great, super personable and quick etc…
Never call anyone else
Paul (owner) responded immediately to our urgent request to look at our AC. I am far from handy. He showed up, diagnosed the problem, and immediately went to work. While I’m not handy, I am a curious learner. Paul was patient and shared with me what he was doing all along the way. My AC is now fixed!! I highly recommend going with these guys.
One of our units went out on Friday and I was able to get an appointment for a technician to come out The next day. Andrew was very professional, honest, and was able to fix our problem in less than an hour. I would highly recommend this company and we’ll use them again in the future
