I had a new HVAC system installed by another “reputable” company from Orange County. Over a year later and many tech visits, my brand new Goldman system was still not working properly and even worse, they couldn’t figure out how to fix it. I finally realized that I was wasting my time, over an entire year's worth, and that they could no longer be trusted.That’s when I contacted Icee Hot. Bernie and Lorenzo came out the same day. Let me tell you what a gem Bernie from Icee Hot Air is!!! Our heater hadn’t been working for the last 5 days when temperatures were down to the 40s here in south Orange County, which as you know, is a death sentence to us residents here. The first company we called wasn’t able to pin point the problem & things were looking grim for my two dogs and I; it was cold as heck and we couldn’t bear to withstand another freezing night!But just when we thought all hope was lost, Bernie responded to my call, squeezed me into his calendar, and showed up at my doorstep on the same day. Bernie, the owner of Icee Hot Air Conditioning company came out to look at my mom's brand new furnace that she bought from another company. The furnace wasn't working from the very beginning and the company she bought the furnace from and who installed it could not figure out why it would run for just a few minutes and then shut off. Bernie was able to figure out the problems and fix them right away. There were several things the original company did that were improper on the installation and other things they left off (to cut corners) that were crucial to preserve the life of the furnace.
