Omar came out to service the A/C unit at the house we currently rent from and did a great job. Went above and beyond to make repairs and communicate effectively. We used them on one of our listings that we had to get an AC unit checked out in order to close escrow so time was of the essence. They were very prompt with scheduling someone to get out to the house as quickly as possible. They even had an opening earlier so they were able to get us in earlier than they had originally told us. They sent us text updates on our appointments and when someone was dispatched out to the job. The technician Erik called us while he was on the job explaining the whole process. They even sent a text message when they left. We are definitely going to use them again in the future.
