In the hillside directly behind The Meritage Resort lies Spa Terra, a luxury spa located entirely underground in our 22,000 square foot Estate Wine Cave. This Napa Valley treasure is experience unto itself. Spa guests experience the hushed serenity of the cave, with natural stone and copper water features combined with Florentine architecture and furnishings. Spa Terra offers a rejuvenating environment unlike any other in the heart of Napa Valley.
The spa including the relaxation lounge, twelve treatment rooms including our signature couples rooms are all cocooned in the heart of the earth. Both ladies and gentlemen's private lounges feature whirlpools, steam grottos and soothing water walls.

Mateus and Nancy were SO accommodating and genuine and attentive; before I even walked in the door, I felt like a queen. Mateus wanted to make sure my BFF and I had the best 40th ever, and we DID. Her and I both agreed we want to come back once a year if we can. As busy and tired moms, it was nice to feel like celebrities for a day. Amazing robes. Big clean showers. Went for anniversary (seven years since last treatment). $984 for couples treatment Oceans Body Treatment. The technicians were very good. I wish I could do a separate review. However the facilities (The Meritage in general) has gone down a lot. It is old and falling apart slowing. The management seems to be asleep behind the wheel. Volume seems to be the name of the game. Lesser quality and higher volume at elevated prices. $1,000 for two massages is step. I expect not to see missing face plates on outlets, dusty dirty ventilation ducts, floaties in the hot tub. This spa is the absolute best! It is fully equipped with the hot tub, steam room, showers and all the amenities you need to enjoy a nice relaxing spa day. I took myself on a date there recently. Enjoyed a 50 min massage, soaked in the hot tub, sat in the steam room before and after my massage and even hung out at the adult only pool (which is available for your use with your spa booking) and enjoyed some wings a spicy margarita. The spa sits inside the cave, surrounded by the beautiful winery. It's a must! I'm going to be treating myself here quarterly!
