If you haven't tried adaptive resistance training yet, its a total game changer for efficiency and tracking progress. Beyond the tech, Len is a standout - the guy is incredibly knowlegeable and clrarly knows the ins and outs of fitness science. Highly recommend if you want to take your training to the next level.

I've been coming here for years and I'm always so impressed by the quality of the tanning beds and the overall cleanliness. Even after moving about an hour away, I still make the drive because I haven't found another place that comes close to the level of quality Club Tan offers. They've definitely set the bar high!
