Susan knows her skin care products and carries a great line. She often makes suggestions for items but never pushes me to buy.
The staff at Emerald is inviting and efficient. They have always been patient with my challenging schedule, and the wait/cancellation list often provides great results when I am in a pinch.

Susan George she is one of the best aestheticians in the Napa Valley. Emerald Skin Care, whenever I go in I am greeted by the receptionist. There is tea and water there for you while you wait, if needed. Susan will call you in with her soft calm voice. Her voice makes me feel welcomed. When you go into Susan's room, you hear her fountain going. There is soft music playing too it's so comfortable. Depending on the service you're getting each and every time I feel safe, comfortable and not judged (also the conversation is amazing too) that's a PLUS! Thank you Susan you are amazing at what you do!
Susan did a great job with eyebrow and lip wax and took extra precautions because I tend to break out. She also was meticulous about plucking anything left behind and even offered to extract a zit I had for no extra. It was a very relaxing experience would definitely come back for more services! Thank you!
