I called this morning for a toilet issue and Jason Griffin promptly arrived within an hour to assist this issue. He was prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable. I greatly appreciated their service. I will use Mr. Rooter for my plumbing needs in the future!
Mr. Rooter really came through! My elderly parents' toilets and showers all backed up over the Memorial Day weekend, and even though I wasn't able to get their services then, at least their message machine gave information about why they weren't available on weekends (lack of needed staff). All the other companies weren't available until Tuesday, even though they kept stringing us along with the possibility of emergency service. Mr. Rooter called me first thing Tuesday morning and that is when I discovered the company I WAS going to use was twice as expensive. And they had someone available right away.
