San is amazing! I’ve been coming here for 10+ years. It’s First Come First Serve but she is efficient! After the first time I came she remembered my style. She’s the best. People wait for her for a reason.

Well I needed a haircut the day before Fourth of July and we were in Napa. When I got there the place was packed and the place never ever did get any less busy. Well the wait was worth it, I got a very good haircut and my wife likes it also. Lots of locals in the place.

No nonsense barber shop. Good haircuts at reasonable prices. The stylists are friendly & efficient. If possible, I would like to be able to pay using a credit/debit card because I RARELY carry cash anymore. When the shop implements allowing customers to make an appointment (currently first come, first serve ONLY) to see a stylist, it will earn a 5 ? rating, in my opinion. Regardless, I WOULDN'T think getting my hair cut anywhere else! ??Note, this is a Barber Shop, not a Salon. I have had my haircut at Chateau since 2008. I have NEVER seen a woman getting her haircut here. I don't think Chateau would deny cutting ANYONE'S hair. However. I want to make my assumptions clear....read full review
