“Nancy really made this spa visit worthwhile. Her massage was great. She has a rare ability to make a 50 min massage feel longer. I am an avid spa enthusiast and plan to return simply to get another massage with her. The facilities are not the best and some of the little touches of a high end spa are missing. For instance, lounge chairs are needed in the relaxation area not on the back patio, because it is winter. A small bench or seat in the showers. Empty boxes of tissue on the sinks. Very little explanation about food options or the complimentary sparkling wine would have been nice. I purchased a Travelzoo voucher so I am able to ignore these missing touches but had i paid full price, I would be disappointed. The 5 stars belong to Nancy’s hands.“

“I hadn't gone to a real salon for color in about a decade. Been filling my roots with Henna, which isn't a problem, until you want to color your hair with something different and/or add highlights, as apparently Henna in the hair does not allow for new color to be added. Shelley accepted the challenge and spearheaded it, trying and testing different applications, even though it meant an even longer night. Once she was convinced her method was safe and would work, we forged ahead. She applied at least several masks over the duration of the treatment, fully knowing and customizing what my hair needed. It's a small little building right off the parking lot of the Napa river inn.
