Early Friday afternoon I was given the number for this business without any prior business/personal relationship. Terry promptly took my call and came out the same afternoon after a very budy day. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and a true problem solver! I will always use him going forward as well as confidently give him referrals. Thank you, Terry!

Terry rewired part of our house as part of a remodeling project. He is highly experienced, a good communicator, easy to work with, and clearly cares about the people he serves. We'll call upon him again!

BTP (before the plague), I sent out bid requests (with pictures) to at least 15 advertised Napa electricians. My requested jobs were not big (light switch replacements, fixture replacements, etc.). Only 4 electricians showed an interest in my request. Three of them offered exorbitant job-length times and hourly rates. One of the three was out-and-out rude. Four Star Electric (707) 224-9561 was the only one offering an EXTREMELY reasonable rate. As the shelter in place took hold, Terry Litle had to delay his services for a few weeks, but he kept in touch with me during the wait.
