“We had a family member pass away, and we were looking for a place that could help us with a simple direct cremation (no formal funeral services) and guidance for a veteran, and this place exceeded expectations. I called first thing in the morning on a Monday, and they were able to accommodate us right away that morning (they recommended calling to make an appointment). We met with Cornell, who was very experienced and helpful, guiding our family members, especially the widow, with the options and what to expect. Cornell also explained how the VA benefits process worked. We were told that they expected we could pick up the cremated remains and death certificates in about 3 weeks. They were ready in a week and a half. I also found the pricing to be very reasonable when comparing options in the area for direct cremation.”
