Our technician, Robert, showed up early, if anything (yay) and got things working again after diagnosing a blocked drain pipe which had led to a couple of burnt-out electrical components.<br><br>The A/C is working again and we are happy (and cooler) campers. Greatly appreciate his service/insight.<br><br>Further update as of today July 16, 2026: We just had a new Lennox AC/HVAC system installed, and it is working wonderfully! Last week while having our heating system serviced, I asked our technician Rizen if there were any new AC units available to purchase in the winter for next summer since prices are usually lower then. However, Rizen surprised me, and said there were new Lennox units available now at a discount price. He called the office and spoke with Matthew who confirmed it. Matthew also offered financing that we could afford. Needless to say, we moved forward and had the installation completed by Marino and his team. Everyone was so professional and the installation went smoothly. We're so thankful for such great service and product at an affordable price!”
