Over roughly nine months, their team worked through multiple troubleshooting steps and escalated each step of the way appropriately, ultimately needing to coordinate directly with Trane where they determined the problem to be a manufacturer-related issue with the unit.

A few weeks ago, the unit's blower motor was replaced under warranty, and since then the system has been operating exactly as it should, with immediate fan starts on every call. While follow-up sometimes required persistence, they stood behind their work, completed a challenging rooftop install and repair, and saw the job through to a successful resolution.“
