Israel came today on time between the hours they told me. He was very efficient and honest. He even crawled all through my attic to find my furnace. Will definitely be using Pioneers again!
David came out yesterday to diagnose a problem I had with the heating on my AC. He was professional and thorough, but more importantly, he was honest. I had a guy from another company come out the day before, and quoted me 1100 for the mother board, and 250 for the solenoid, which wasn't even the problem. David did his diagnose and determined that the problem was the thermostat. He replaced it and charged me accordingly, saving me almost 1000 dollars. Glad I got a second opinion, and glad the technician was David, and honest man doing an exemplary job. I will have pioneer do all my future repairs and maintenance, and hopefully, David is available to service my unit.
Elad and the team at Pioneers Heating & Air were quick to respond and incredibly accommodating. Elad was extremely knowledgeable and, above all, patient. Which I’m truly grateful for. I highly recommend their service.
