Patient, persistent and professional, that’s how I would describe everyone at Elim HVAC. Capable, knowledgable, and unflappable are other words to describe the people who answer the phones, schedule service calls, and answer questions. Both the service and installation departments follow through. Sometimes, for tricky issues, it may take persistence on your part, but in the end you will find yourself a satisfied customer.
