Originally I found Air Comfort Experts by searching on Daikin's website for their certified "Comfort Pro" installers. This is important as I found most HVAC people in SoCal do not have a lot of experience with heat pumps. We have solar panels and I feel that heat pumps are the future in California. I received quotes from five different companies, and I liked Air Comfort Experts the best as they seemed very knowledgable and were not pushy at all. They simply explained what they thought would be best and why. We received excellent service from Air Comfort Experts for a major new install of an AC/heating system at our home. Bulga worked with us at every step to get us the the system we wanted. Communications were very clear. No-one else was able to offer the system that they installed. There was a high level of workmanship and a great team of technicians/installers. They worked with us during the install to make sure it was a good fit for what we wanted. So far the system works great, and we are very happy with this contractor. They scheduled the work soon after we agreed to the contract, in contrast with other companies who did not have the equipment for months. Highly recommended.
