“EMINS is absolutely my new go-to if I ever have HVAC issues, and will be the first company I recommend to family and friends.We had an issue with heat not coming out in our unit and received services from another company to fix this. After paying the other company, the issue persisted and we were told we need to buy a new AC (which would be $10k+!). We called Emin's for a second opinion, and even before seeing the equipment, the phone operator Marie diagnosed the issue and said we likely would not need a new AC. Emin and Ed came by the next day and they fixed the issue in an hour (for under $1k, a FRACTION of what we were told we would have to pay). Emin was extremely knowledgeable, explaining what was happening with the equipment and what they would do to fix it. I like that he started by troubleshooting and doing the cheapest thinks first. He wasn't trying to overcharge me. He is extremely busy right now with the heat wave, but found some time to take a look. As I suspected, the whole system had pretty much "expired" (installed 39 years ago!).I can't express how happy I was to see him. Although his diagnosis for our "patient" was terminal, he gave me some good suggestions to get us through the current situation until we can get a more permanent solution in the fall.He is THE GUY!“
