“We highly recommend GBC Remodeling. After 25 years in our home, we sought out a contractor who would be reliable and provide excellent work. We did 3 exterior projects, and were very happy after each project was completed. The first was exterior stucco repair and painting using Tex-cote. Fernando and his crew were very hard workers with attention to detail. The exterior painting is beautiful. The second was to replace all (>20) windows in our house with vinyl Aldin windows. The window crew was very efficient and hardworking, and we were very satisfied with the installation process and the Aldin windows.The third project was to perform roof work doing a lift and lay of concrete tiles. After 25 years, despite no roof leaks, we decided to replace the underlayment, and it was a good investment. We had some water and termite damage to the house wood trim and also boards on roof that needed to be replaced. It was a perfect time to do the needed roof work. Jason and his crew have done an excellent job in doing all the needed repairs and replacement work. In all three projects, the workers were extremely competent, friendly, and hardworking. We enjoyed meeting with Aaron in negotiating the home improvement contracts. He was honest, straightforward, knowledgeable. I was also impressed by the excellent communication, and with his helpful office staff Jessica and John. I find dealing with contractors stressful, but they made all projects go smoothly and with great quality of workmanship.“

They were professional, polite, fully cleaned up, and asked me a number of questions before and during install to be sure I was happy with how they installed the patio cover. For example, not just the location of specific things, but how it was positioned. To me, this means they not only cared, but cared what I wanted. I also didn't feel rushed as I figured out what I wanted (for example, deciding where I wanted the panels that would have the lights)

Did everything go perfect....no (had a couple leaks). They were out right away to address the problem. No push back, no questioning...just came out and addressed the issue.

Their third party electrician was just as professional and provided lots of information to help me make the best decision I could. Service was done promptly and looks great.“

“16 years ago Erik installed beautiful fiberglass double-paned Milgard windows throughout our home. Since the windows have insulated our home so well, we have saved many many $$$ on heating/cooling. Also, Erik installed a beautiful entry door and a wonderful patio door. The entry door is so fun because it has a "little door" to welcome guest before entering our home. Everyone loves our entry door. We're getting ready to do more work on our home: replacing an utility door and our interior doors. Of course, I'm calling Erik first!“
