If you’re looking to kickstart your fitness journey in 2024 or perfect your routine, I highly recommend Jeff as a personal trainer. I have lost around 24 pounds, feel and look better, and have never been more focused on my health.I began working with Jeff on my fitness journey in October 2022. I did one-on-one training for the first 12 months and then transitioned to his group classes.Highlights:Workouts: Jeff incorporates warm-ups, speed and power exercises, cardio, and lifting. No session is the same, and you have the opportunity to learn new exercises or achieve a new PR on a deadlift.Personalization: Jeff personalizes your workout plan to meet your nutrition, fitness, and weight loss goals. As someone with health limitations, this was crucial for me. Due to my health and COVID, I stopped working out consistently and had gained nearly 30 pounds. Jeff’s knowledge of rehab and his emphasis on proper form and technique helped me establish a routine and learn barbell lifts I never thought I could do.Game Planning: It seems simple, but Jeff goes over your goals and progress at the start of every month. “I am in my 60s and have been a client at Village Fitness and Physical Therapy for 2 1/2 years. In the past 6 months, I have had increasing pain and flexibility issues due to bunions in my feet and my knee. These issues were starting to limit my ability to do the workout exercises. After a workshop by Dr. Justin on bunions, I signed up for a series of PT appointments with him. I am so glad I did. Now 8 weeks later, I have no pain, much more flexibility in my feet, and a greater understanding of how the feet relate to my ankles and legs. And Dr. Justin gave me a program of home exercises to keep on top of things. He’s very knowledgeable and was committed to my success. I highly recommend him.“

“Village Fitness and PT is a wonderful place. I used to be in great shape, but a car accident and back injuries have caused me constant pain and I had not worked out for 25 years. Then I stopped by Village Fitness one day to check it out, as it came highly recommended. I started working out in May of 2023 and it has made a huge difference in my body and my life. I feel better and stronger. The trainers are great and work within each person’s abilities. The class sizes are small (1-8 people) so the trainers can give you a lot more individual attention than at a typical gym where you might have 20-40 people in a class. I have used the physical therapy aspect of Village Fitness and PT as well and the doctors are very knowledgeable. They even have nutrition classes and coaches! What I love most about Village Fitness is all the people who work there. They are always full of encouragement! I’m just so glad that they were recommended to me. ?“

“Dr. Joe is THEE best! I’ve suffered—not exaggerating, with Frozen shoulder since 2019. After numerous visits (and bills) with chiropractors, acupuncturists, physical therapy, and even surgery, I found temp or no relief. After only two visits with Dr. Joe, I was already seeing results. Here I am about two months of visits and I’ve had more relief and progress with range of motion than I’ve have in three years! I’ve referred a coworker with similar issues and she’s just as thrilled with her results. Now, her husband may start seeing Dr. Joe too! He definitely knows how the body works and gives great exercises that are easy to do and give nearly immediate results. “The staff here while training you are very hands on, positive, and encouraging. My overall health has improved. My cholesterol levels have improved as well as my A1C. My sleep apnea has gone from severe to mild. I have gained so much strength.My husband and I are doing this together. We have both lost weight. We have both gained strength and flexibility. “Came to this gym after not being active for over 3 years during COVID. I had some CrossFit experience, but not much and coming back was hard. Coach Maria was really the one that kept me motivated and encouraged me the entire way. Now it's been 9 months and I absolutely love coming here. Initially I was coming 3 times a week, now it's around 5-6 times a week. Every single coach here is amazing. They care and take the time to help you in any way they can. They will show you 10 different ways to modify a movement and find one that you are comfortable with. If you are recovering from an injury, they will find something else you can do. They put your safety first and never force you to do something that can injure you. Will you feel sore a lot? Yes. Will you get pushed further than you thought you could ever go? Yes. You will be so impressed and encouraged once you commit and push yourself to do things you never thought you could and this is the place that will make it happen. Little by little I am seeing improvement. I started out not being about to do pull ups, now I can get a couple strict and several kipping. I couldn't do toes to bars, so I did knees to chest; now I am able to connect a few toes to bars and little by little I am able to do more of them unbroken. Everyone here is on their own journey and you will see a vast assortment of skill levels as well as people of all ages. I am so glad I decided to join, it has changed my life. I feel good about myself and have met so many good people.“

“During Covid, I 82much, fell off my exercise routine, and gained weight. Eeek! I found myself in need of a trainer, to train the trainer. Thankfully, one of the best was just minutes away from my home.I started training with Jennifer in September of 2022, and gradually found my way back to fitness. Jennifer tailored the sessions to my specific needs, and the music playlist motivated me to push through the toughest workouts.I also did a few hypnotherapy sessions with Marva Jackson. Marva helped me to refocus my energy towards my health, and wellness. My sleep has improved, and my days are filled with positive affirmations.I lost the weight that found me during Covid, and I'm exercising 4-6 days per week. “I've been training with Vincent for a few months at this gym, and so far it has been an overall great experience.I've visited a few of the other local gyms around the area but none come close to the quality of the equipment and overall experience I had at hypecore. Even the big chain gyms like 24 hour fitness don't compare.I love how there are no machines at the gym because it means trainers have to actually do their job and watch you train and make sure you're going it right!Overall experience has been 5/5 and training with Vincent has been my favorite part!“

“Kacy is a dynamic trainer with years of experience that show through his training style. He is diligent and takes his time to know your goals. He doesn't let you get off easy; so if you're are looking for a foofoo trainer, this is not the person for you. But, if you are someone who is serious about attaining certain body and/or fitness/lifestyle goals, Kacy is definitely your guy. He will push you to your limits, to be the best version of yourself, while having fun doing it. If you are willing to put in the work, he will get you to exactly where you want to be. I've worked with numerous trainers in the past and can detect pretty well when someone is bullshit or doesn't know his craft as well as he makes it seem. “If you're looking for an online workout that is just like you're in the gym with a trainer, then Debbie and The Right Fit are for you. I have been a client of Debbie's for more than 10 years. When quarantine restrictions kept us away from the gym, Debbie made the transition to online classes. Just like in person classes, she demonstrates exercises, checks and corrects form and challenges us. If you need modifications due to equipment limitations at home or a pre-existing injury, she will have a modification to meet your needs and keep you moving. “My wife had been coming since January, so I Started training at f45 2 months ago as a way to get ready for a soccer tournament. The trainers and members are great here. It quickly began to feel like a community. There are some great workouts that really push you without making you feel like you can achieve your goals. We signed our 15y/o up for their prodigy sessions and he's making great progress.“

“Life changing...let me explain: this is the first gym I've felt totally comfortable at, and in turn, want to return to. Darlene is the trainer and so so smart. She's more than a trainer. She knows how the body & muscles work and uses that knowledge to help heal & strengthen your body. I've never felt stronger! I went in with an injury in my back, and she was very specific about how I worked out & what I did so that I didn't hurt myself more and she helped my body build muscles in other areas to easy my back pain. I've never in my life left a review for a gym, but I had to with this one. It's inclusive and welcoming. I KNOW the gym can be intimidating, especially if you haven't been in awhile, but Darlene is so welcoming and she truly cares about your health. She's easy to talk to and knows her stuff! I've seen her training folks in their 60s & 70s as well as kids. I'm actually signing my 13yr old softball player up to train with Darlene this spring! Bottom line, if you're looking for a gym that doesn't give off typical gym vibes, that is inclusive, and run by a super smart woman that will help your body in ways you never knew, THIS IS THE PLACE!“

“If your looking for a place to workout, you need to give Conquer Fitness a try. First class is free. I started at Conquer back on October 2020. Many options for equipment to use and I love the classes.I have toned up and increased my fitness since I became a member. The staff and trainers are amazing and professional. Recently I sign up for their Conquer in 60 program. Let me tell you, I definitely conquered my goal. I received an easy to follow nutritional plan and workout plan. Sixty days later I dropped 20lbs and almost 8% body fat. The trainers cheered me on the whole way and answered questions along the way. The accountability part is so helpful. I checked in weekly, they took my pictures, weighed me and took my measurements. It was so rewarding to get to the end of the 60 days and want to continue my journey building muscle. Other members notice the change as the weeks went on and that in itself help me to continue going strong. Conquer offers open gym and access to cardio machines before and after class. If you need motivation or accountability this is your place.“
