I really like this gym! The customer service has been excellent. I’m not a gym freak, and honestly, I don’t know much about working out, so I came in looking for some guidance.
Darwin has been great. He has such a positive attitude and made me feel comfortable right away. He answered all of my questions—even the ones I thought might sound stupid—and was very informative. He gave me the confidence to feel like I could actually do this.
The equipment also appears to be clean and well maintained. I really like that this gym isn’t overly crowded like some other gyms where you have to wait around because all the equipment is being used.
Surprised at the amount of equipment and set up in this specific size and design 2 story. Not many core strength/ ab options didn't get to check out the Black card room. Time sensitive place close early open 7??

I went in Planer Fitness to become a member and was greeted and attended by Darwin. I loved his professionalism and friendliness and for the attention he gave me. I enrolled as a Basic member but no doubt I plan to upgrade and take advantage of all the benefits offered. The place is super clean, with adequate spacing and modern equipment. I am so excited to state working out there!
