If you're not a member at The Next Level gym then your missing out!! From the music, workouts and the family atmosphere this gym has it all. The moment you walk in you feel the love and pride Mark has for his gym and everyone in it! What I like most about TNL is I get a full hour workout, each day hits a different muscle group, and I can do as many classes as I want . I've been coming for a little over a year. My body is definitely getting stronger and my booty looks nice!Honestly I've tried quite a few gyms around the area, nothing comes close. Mark and Albert do a great job!!

Next Level Gym is a great gym to join. Mark is very passionate and dedicated to helping his clients get to the goals they have for fitness. Prior to joining this gym, I was nervous to use weights, now I can say that I can use the weights correctly and with ease. Im truly grateful to be a member of this gym.

Since we retired over three years ago, my wife and I have been going to Next Level Gym for personal training two times per week. We love the care, attention, and support that both Mark and Albert have given to us as they have taken the time at each session to customize, adapt, and personalize our workouts to fit our individualized training needs and to keep challenging us to get to the “next level” in our strength, flexibility, and endurance.
