The program that Lamonte has me on has been wonderful. I can't lie and say it's been easy but it has been doable. His demeanor is laid back and encouraging but appropriately challenging. I'm glad I joined and have him as a trainer. It's been a month and I'm already experiencing good results.
I started going to PeakFit Strength and Conditioning because I was interested in strength training. Coach LaMonte personalizes your workouts based on your goals and your current fitness level. He also makes sure your form is correct so you get the full benefits from the exercises and avoid injury. I highly recommend PeakFit Strength and Conditioning!
As I told Lamonte earlier, I hope he doesn't tire of hearing how much I appreciate him. He possesses strength in both his prowess as a personal trainer, and in character. He provides me with the push and encouragement I've been needing for a while. His space (with a rollup warehouse door) also provides the outdoor feel that I prefer over being inside a gym.
