He doesn't let you get off easy; so if you're are looking for a foofoo trainer, this is not the person for you. But, if you are someone who is serious about attaining certain body and/or fitness/lifestyle goals, Kacy is definitely your guy. He will push you to your limits, to be the best version of yourself, while having fun doing it. If you are willing to put in the work, he will get you to exactly where you want to be. I've worked with numerous trainers in the past and can detect pretty well when someone is bullshit or doesn't know his craft as well as he makes it seem. Kacy really is knowledgeable, especially when you can feel and see your body changing. I recommend him 1000000000%. Give him a try and you won't be disappointed!“

“I wanted to leave a review for my trainer Lydia. I started training with her since Oct. 23’ and let me just say I highly recommend her as a trainer! I have seen a complete difference in my body and overall my health. From not just losing body fat, but to gain muscle and going down 4 pant sizes in a few months, She has pushed me and motivated me to continue to make progress. It doesn’t matter if your goals are small or big she will have your best interest if you’re really dedicated to change. From her just accommodating my work schedule and train at 4am, she’s always there. She has built my confidence not just with my body but to be able to work out on my own without feeling insecure about what I’m doing. I can truly say she has helped me not fear the gym and workout with confidence!“
