“I didn't train with Dave, but I did train with Blake.
Blake is a very knowledgeable and personable trainer. I appreciate his willingness to be flexible with my schedules and my constantly shifting exercise routines / goals.

His constant encouragement to improve while explaining my postures and forms is invaluable for my fitness journey and I highly appreciate how happy he is for me whenever I hit my personal best.

Good person, with great attitude so I highly recommend.”

“Really like this gym! The equipment is good, the place is clean, and the overall atmosphere is pretty chill. The personal trainers are also very helpful and actually take the time to show you what to do and make sure you’re doing the exercises correctly. Staff are friendly and it never feels too crowded, which makes working out a lot more enjoyable. Definitely a solid gym if you’re in the Chino Hills area! 👍”

“If you're looking for a trainer who gets you real results, Kacy is your guy. He absolutely knows how to push you right to the edge, but also knows when not to. If you're injured, run down, or just not 100%, he may throw a fist at you (kidding), adjust, and still find a way to keep you moving forward. You might complain mid-set. You might question your life choices during your workout. But you'll leave stronger, more confident, and weirdly excited to come back. Workouts are efficient, challenging, and goal-driven, and I've seen real progress since training with him. If you want someone who will keep you accountable while actually listening to your body, I highly recommend him.”
