Great facility. Instructors are friendly and push you to go harder during your workouts. Everything looks clean, seems like members have developed great relationships amongst each other. I was able to try the 7pm class due to class app membership. If you're looking for intense body workouts with some weights- check this place out.
I have been coming here since 2019, Elder and Perla are so attentive and supportive. I had my first child in 2020 and they would call to see how I was feeling and when I would be back and made the transition from being on maternity leave without working out to being back in the gym so easy! They continue to push me every day and help me reach new goals I never thought possible. It is such a fun and friendly environment. I would highly recommend Apex for everybody no matter what level you are, they are great for learners and those that are more experienced, they always meet you where you're at! Lots of cardio and weight training.Coach pays attention on each and everyone and correct individual's form if it's not done correctly.I swear a lot after the workout, love it!
