I am in my 60s and have been a client at Village Fitness and Physical Therapy for 2 1/2 years. In the past 6 months, I have had increasing pain and flexibility issues due to bunions in my feet and my knee. These issues were starting to limit my ability to do the workout exercises. After a workshop by Dr. Justin on bunions, I signed up for a series of PT appointments with him. I am so glad I did. Now 8 weeks later, I have no pain, much more flexibility in my feet, and a greater understanding of how the feet relate to my ankles and legs. I have had chronic lower back pain for 20 years, I came to village physical therapy and saw Dr Justin and have no more lower back pain at all! Not only that but he helped me with an exercise routine to strengthen my core and glutes so that this pain will never come back. I highly recommend Village Physical Therapy.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I recently completed a series of PT sessions and I cannot emphasize enough how transformative the experience has been. Dr. Justin was exceptionally knowledgeable and his approach significantly alleviated my low back pain. I especially love that he customized his approach to meet my specific needs. He even taught me how to lift weights correctly to prevent injury. Thanks to Village, I can now play with my toddler with complete confidence and joy. I am truly grateful for the service and would recommend them to anyone seeking effective low back pain relief.
