“My doctor recommended I start strength training, and i decided to try the two complementary visits at the Exercise Coach in Glendora. I became hooked! The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, and I am guided throughout my workouts. I always leave feeling like my muscles have been worked out even though I’m only there less than 1/2 hour. The set up is perfect as it’s a circuit so you’re not waiting for anyone to finish the machine. The machines are all computerized so it knows how to “set the weight” for you. Highly recommend! I only wish I had discovered this place sooner!“

“I’ve been going to VPT for about a month. I have been attending the small group classes that have at the most 8 clients in a session. This gives the instructor time for critiques and helpful suggestions which is really helpful in this journey. I am getting stronger and feeling better about myself which I’m so thankful for.
