    Very content to have chosen Kacy to work with. l've always shied away from strength training, but I knew I wanted to fully commit to it with someone who would hold me accountable. Kacy provides a workout routine and rhythm, but gives the space to move through the gym and your workout routine on your own, while giving you pointers on form and providing assistance when needed. He'll discuss calorie/meal plan, and check in with you periodically to measure body fat/muscle composition. The rest is up to you, to show up and work out, especially when you don't feel like it.     I couldn't have asked for a better trainer! Hiring kacy as my trainer was the best decision I made for my health(physical & mental). Before coming with kacy I was overwhelmed with the thought of going to the gym on my own and not doing the right exercises or having the right form to achieve the results I want so I just didn't go at all. I was at 166lbs with a high body fat percentage when I first started. I lost 6lbs within my first 2 weeks of training with him and continued to lose weight.     Training with Kacy is easily one of the best decisions of my life! Coming out of quarantine, I had very unhealthy eating/drinking habits and a very sedentary lifestyle. During just the first two months with him, I had a high body fat percentage for my body. I quickly lost around 10 pounds. I started at 157 and now I'm at around 147.. and still losing! I gained definition in my arms and my thighs. When I came in to see Kacy, my goals were focused on learning weight lifting, especially proper form to avoid injury, and gaining confidence in a gym.
