“Pioneer Roofing was great to work with. My 40 yr. old original concrete tile roof was replaced, re-using the tiles along with several 'new' tiles that were painted to match the existing tiles. They listened to my concerns, acted on them, and were outstanding in their communication of all issues- text, email, phone and in person. The 4-man crew was careful not to ruin my deck (it was tarped) or landscaping, answered my questions, and worked diligently under brutal heat & humidity conditions. They cleaned up debris daily, and let me know what time they would begin work the next day. Photos were taken to show damaged and repaired areas, and a drone was used at the beginning and end of the job to show the O'Hagin vent placement. Because I was not happy with the tile and vent color, the job supervisor came out personally and repainted all vents, my woodstove pipe, and the round concrete 'balls' at the ends of the ridge tiles. “Brick paving, buckling with tree roots, was removed from my front yard. Large roots were removed, the paths and side yard were dug, layered, and compacted to support a level surface for new brick. Their work is meticulous, with brick perfectly cut for curves and drain surrounds. The space between bricks is now filled with a sand that hardened when wetted, preventing ants and weeds. The project manager and the crew were attentive to my requests. They moved plants in fragile pots without breaking them. They stacked my old brick where I asked, and added some protection for the side of the house, which I hadn’t thought about. They added a French drain and a short retaining wall the project seemed to need as it developed—no extra cost. They were on time, they were tireless, they were intent all the way through on the work being beautiful. And they were done in less time than I expected. The result: the front entry and garden radiate care and welcome instead of “Watch your step.” The impact is much greater than I expected.“

We experienced a leak recently with the rains and so I called and RC Roofing replaced a portion of the roof and did some routine maintenance, ensuring that the vents that go through the roof were well waterproofed.
