My experience started with a missed appointment window, which was frustrating because I took time off work. However, they apologized and prioritized my job the next morning. Once on-site, the technician was very methodical and checked every potential leak point instead of focusing only on the obvious area. The repair itself was a mix of sealing and replacing damaged shingles. I noticed they paid attention to small finishing details, which made the roof look cleaner than before. Since then, no more ceiling stains have appeared.
The team at RSI were great to work with. The communication from sales, project manager, to field personnel was fantastic. With 3 roofs to inspect, clean & power wash and all of this done during the holiday week we could not have asked for a better outcome. I highly recommend RSI Roofing. I received a letter from my home insurance company saying I needed to replace my roof or they would not renew my policy! The roof is not due for replacement for quite a few years. Aaron was replacing the roof for a neighbor when I flagged him down and asked about our roof. He was so nice and helpful, took out his drone for pics, then wrote a report for me to send to my insurance company and they rescinded the replacement!!!
