“From the initial meeting all the way through to a potential service contract post-installation, the customer service at this company is....dare I say it...unparalleled? In a class by itself? Second to none? The last time I had this great of service was with John and Melissa Steele of Steele Realty. The opposite of this stellar service would be my experience with Hot Tub Cruisin', but I digress. Joe Dale, our salesperson, was such a clear communicator, consistent, and great with follow-through. He spent a lot of time with me, assessing what loan terms would be best for me, and he was infinitely patient as I asked multiple questions and never lost patience with me when I asked him to review or repeat information. He did a great job of building my trust through all that. I really appreciate how he carves out time for his customers post-installation and really takes a long term view of building relationships which of course should lead to referrals. (His parents should be proud and can't wait to see what he's built in 10 years!) Beyond Joe, I had a flawless experience with all other moving parts, from the loan to the installation, etc. Read other reviews that hone in on more of the specifics of the product, etc. but just know that this team is striving to rise to the top and be an industry leader for the long term.“

“Over the years, I have had many roof installations done on numerous properties,with some good and some not so good experiences... But I have never had such a positive experience as I had with Kennedy Roofing on my flat roof mid-century modern home in La Mesa. Bill Kennedy came in with a very very competitive bid on the job and he came out several times to review exactly what needed to be done. The challenges included multiple levels of roofline, removing metal cladding on the trim done in previous roof install, and after waiting for weeks for the rains to stop, and then having to deal with several evenings of unexpected, heavy mist. As work commenced on the job, it became obvious why Marlon has remained on as Bill Kennedy's crew chief for 29 years... this guy gets to the job site before anybody else, and even earlier on Mondays to scope out the progress and his crew follows his lead...a break for lunch, but otherwise it's serious business from start to finish each day. and what a surprise not to have to listen to loud music all day, and when they leave for the day, the cleanup is so good that it looks like nobody has been there. They are a good experience, easy to work with, and competitively priced... And if you don't include them in your search for bids, you will be doing yourself quite a disservice. Thank you Bill, Marlon and the crew. Now we're ready for a solar installation.“
“We are pleased SureGuards work on repairing Milgard windows original factory finish coat started peeling for all windows exposed to excessive hot sun. SureGuard’s painter Juan was easy to work with and did great at paint prep, overspray protection leave great finished product. Based on my experience with SureGuard, I would recommend them.“

The roof is watertight and I'm thrilled with the results. My house was kept clean and tidy and I was kept in the loop every day with regard to progress.5 months later, I needed wood repair after tenting for termites. I had no hesitation in calling Niche Builders again. I received the same quality service on a tricky repair.
