So happy I made the decision the hire Build Brothers Inc. to install a premium solar system at my home in South Park. Since they replaced my roof, upgraded my electrical panel, and installed my solar system back in March, I’ve produced more power than I’ve used, effectively reducing my monthly electric bill down to nearly nothing. Over the past few months, I’ve used my AC more than ever, and I’m still producing enough solar power to cover the extra demand from the AC. Jorge Del Aguila did an amazing job from the early stages of planning and cost estimates, all the way through the installation and cleanup. Jorge was always happy to answer questions and address any concerns I had throughout the entire process. In the end, I had a great system, using the highest quality solar panels on the market, and Build Brothers did an outstanding job. Byron and Ian Frisch, the owners of Build Brothers, went out of their way to make sure I was totally satisfied with their work. I had a great experience working with Colton at Build Brothers! He completed both a thorough roof inspection with a detailed video report and an HVAC inspection, which gave my clients a much clearer understanding of the condition of the home.
The video report was especially helpful because it allowed us to see and understand the findings firsthand, rather than simply reading through an inspection report. Having that detailed documentation gave us the information we needed to negotiate with the seller. As a result of the inspection findings, I was able to negotiate $20,000 from the seller on behalf of my clients.
