Last year I noticed a wet spot on my stucco house outer wall that continued up the overhang. I took a picture and then ignored it because it dried up and disappeared. This January I saw it again and it was bigger! A worker I've used since 2014, went into the attic on February 23rd and figured where it possibly hadstarted. He told me to get a Roofer. I Googled and chose Roofing Specialists, and called. Mark called me back the same afternoon. We chose March 5th and he arrived. Told me what he was looking for and climbed on my roof. The current weather anomalies had revealed some leaks at our home in Blossom Valley. Had it not been for Eric picking up or contract we would have 100's of thousands of dollars of structural damage. He came out, did an evaluation, and literally undercut all other roofers based on price alone. Without his motivation and quest for resolution I would have been dead in the water but within 3 days a crew came out early (7am) and were done by 3p-4p ... massive gratitude goes out to the team who cleaned up after themselves and got the job done before 1 rain drop fell again.

Roofing Specialists of San Diego came out after recent storms to check out my active roof leak. Determined that my flat roof was poorly installed and it was a matter of time before other areas would leak. Replaced entire flat roof. Company was quick (took 1-day to complete work with their large team) and are responsive. It's a lot of $$$, but am pleased with the results. Also pleased with the fact they do take photos of their progress and work which is very helpful as most people won't walk their roof afterwards.
