“From the initial meeting all the way through to a potential service contract post-installation, the customer service at this company is....dare I say it...unparalleled? In a class by itself? Second to none? The last time I had this great of service was with John and Melissa Steele of Steele Realty. The opposite of this stellar service would be my experience with Hot Tub Cruisin', but I digress. Joe Dale, our salesperson, was such a clear communicator, consistent, and great with follow-through. He spent a lot of time with me, assessing what loan terms would be best for me, and he was infinitely patient as I asked multiple questions and never lost patience with me when I asked him to review or repeat information. He did a great job of building my trust through all that. I really appreciate how he carves out time for his customers post-installation and really takes a long term view of building relationships which of course should lead to referrals. (His parents should be proud and can't wait to see what he's built in 10 years!) Beyond Joe, I had a flawless experience with all other moving parts, from the loan to the installation, etc. Read other reviews that hone in on more of the specifics of the product, etc. but just know that this team is striving to rise to the top and be an industry leader for the long term.“

“3/12/2024Johnson SolarIn April of 2023 we decided to look at having solar panels installed with battery back-up. We researched quite a few solar companies and finally settled on Johnson Solar.From day one of signing a contract, to the last day all items were completed with no complaints. Some minor glitches evolved and resolved in a timely manner.Everything from day one to completion, everyone was professional and pleasant to deal with. From the quote of what was contracted and with what we needed for our household solar installation.The crew that did the actual installation of solar panels performed it in one day, one day for battery backup once the battery received from the manufacturer.Clinton Johnson (owner) kept us informed from copies of blueprints, permits etc. and a schedule of when to expect workers. The response from Clinton when called was less than hour.Clinton and his employees were always very patient with us when we called with many questions.“

“We used Marshall Roofing to strip three old layers of shingles off our roof and apply a new layer in preparation for Stellar Solar to install solar panels. The guys worked 14 hrs straight over two days just to get down to bare wood. On the third day they completed the job. Outstanding quality and they reinstalled our Solatubes,vents,updated vents etc. Great workers who worked tirelessly and quietly and cleaned up afterward. I recommend them highly.“

“During the winter I noticed that we had a leak along the main ridgeline of our roof. I called a few roofing companies to get estimates and all were way out of our budget. When I called Raindance Roof Company and spoke to Todd the owner, he spoke to me like he cared and treated me like a real person and not just out to look for another job. He explained to me what the problem was and gave me a few estimates for my wife and I to talk over and get back to him when we could. There was no pressure. My wife and I decided on the path we wanted to take, got back to Todd and he had us scheduled within a week or two. His crew got here early in the morning, set up, was courteous and explained what they were going to do. Todd ended up showing up to check in on the project and to update me on how much longer his crew was going to be. Sure enough, the crew ended in a timely matter and cleaned up perfectly. “We had a great experience with SDCRS. From start to finish they were very professional. They estimated the roof replacement to be 4 days and they knocked it out in 3 day, working long hours. There was lots of debris from removing the old roof and after each day they cleaned up everything and left our yard looking like they had not even been there.Shout out to Dillon for the great communitcaton and getting us a quote in a timely manner, as well as a big shout out to Edgar who managed the onsite roof replacement. He was very professional, kind and kept great communication the whole time on the status of the roof. Again, they finished early and left our home looking amazing everyday.
