Spencer and his crew reroofed my entire house. The experience was great. The crews showed up on time and did a great job with install. There was a slight issue after install that Spencer was quick to correct. He was honest and provided great communication. If you live in SD, I would 10/10 recommend Pioneer for any roofing needs.

Pioneer Roofing redid our roof's underlayment and fix our skylight after we discovered leaks during the rainy episodes in the winter. They were transparent during the whole process, explained where the issues were and what our options were. There was a bit of damage done to the drywall during the work and they promptly sent somebody to fix it. Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value We researched roof contractors and explored our neighborhood site. We found several who had decent reviews, including Pioneer Roofing. ***** and ******* are a brother/sister team, and between the two of them, they made sure they got me a reasonable quote in a timely manner. Once I chose them, they quickly set up a day and time to get the work done. The crews showed up on time and finished my roof before the recent 08/2023 rains hit.
