He is really busy, so you have to be patient with the start time, but he gave me a date he would be out and he showed up on time and got the job done. His crew was really friendly, and they clearly know what they are doing. He gave me a really fair price, great warranty, and got the job done when he said he would. I can't recommend Chris and his team enough. He came highly referred from a friend of mine and I can honestly say he exceeded my expectations. We’re extremely pleased with the roof replacement job Alex and his team completed! The communication has been seamless and we were kept informed of the progress every step of the way. We also had a couple skylights installed and the work is flawless. We’ve worked with many contractors on different jobs in the past and understand that things don’t always go according to plan, but working with Alex has made this project the smoothest and easiest one by far. We have more projects coming up and will hopefully partner with him again!Small note but something that was very thoughtful - they kept the house and yard extremely clean and we really appreciate that extra level of care.“

“From the initial meeting all the way through to a potential service contract post-installation, the customer service at this company is....dare I say it...unparalleled? In a class by itself? Second to none? The last time I had this great of service was with John and Melissa Steele of Steele Realty. The opposite of this stellar service would be my experience with Hot Tub Cruisin', but I digress. Joe Dale, our salesperson, was such a clear communicator, consistent, and great with follow-through. He spent a lot of time with me, assessing what loan terms would be best for me, and he was infinitely patient as I asked multiple questions and never lost patience with me when I asked him to review or repeat information. He did a great job of building my trust through all that. I really appreciate how he carves out time for his customers post-installation and really takes a long term view of building relationships which of course should lead to referrals. (His parents should be proud and can't wait to see what he's built in 10 years!) Beyond Joe, I had a flawless experience with all other moving parts, from the loan to the installation, etc. Read other reviews that hone in on more of the specifics of the product, etc. but just know that this team is striving to rise to the top and be an industry leader for the long term.“

We researched quite a few solar companies and finally settled on Johnson Solar.From day one of signing a contract, to the last day all items were completed with no complaints. Some minor glitches evolved and resolved in a timely manner.Everything from day one to completion, everyone was professional and pleasant to deal with. From the quote of what was contracted and with what we needed for our household solar installation.The crew that did the actual installation of solar panels performed it in one day, one day for battery backup once the battery received from the manufacturer.Clinton Johnson (owner) kept us informed from copies of blueprints, permits etc. and a schedule of when to expect workers. The response from Clinton when called was less than hour.Clinton and his employees were always very patient with us when we called with many questions.“
