Peak Builders & Roofers of San Diego
“Roof turned out incredible and I was surprised when the crew spotted the water damage around the vent pipes. They pulled me outside mid-job to show me the soft spots and walked through options without upselling.
That kind of transparency is rare. Ended up replacing a section of decking I had no idea was rotting. Estimate stayed accurate even with the add-on work, and cleanup was thorough with no nails in the driveway or leftover debris.
First rain we got after they finished was heavy and zero leaks. The flashing work around edges looks tight. I've had quotes from other contractors that felt vague or rushed but this felt different. They took time to answer questions and didn't rush the walkthrough. Project wrapped in the timeline they promised. Communication from start to finish was clear.”
