I reached out to David after receiving a positive review from a relative who had their roof replaced by him three years ago. We needed a complete re-roof with replacement and repair of termite and water damaged fascia and boards. David got back to me within 48 hours to set up an appointment to inspect and assess the roof. He was polite, friendly and easy to communicate with. He discussed his findings and presented us with the choice of shingle materials and colors allowed under the California Cool Roof Code and shared the strengths and weaknesses of each of our choices. David did a great job on my balcony and roof. His price was very reasonable and his crew was courteous and capable. I had some serious damage to the underlying wood of my balcony and he diagnosed the causes and had a solid plan to fix it. He also added drainage to prevent further issues and - in a very pleasant surprise - called and visited to follow-up the work and ask about any problems I may have detected. I had none. I can' say enough good things about David and his company. Definitely worth considering for any remodeling or construction to be done.

Excellent service. The owner David is very friendly, completed the job sooner than expected and ensured our satisfaction with the project. I would highly recommend integrated building to anyone looking for a licensed contractor.
