The roofing contractor planned the work around our deliveries and divided the replacement into sections. Their team removed the old roof, replaced damaged areas, installed new insulation and cover board, and finished with a reinforced TPO membrane. They also upgraded the flashing around rooftop equipment and rebuilt several drain connections. The project covered a large footprint, yet the crew kept the property usable throughout the installation. The final result looks professional and performs exactly as we hoped.”
