Hottest infrared sauna in the South Bay! Very accommodating staff and extremely clean & peaceful. I didn't want to leave. They also have the best compression system I've ever used. Not like all the other wellness places where you slide your legs and arms in. There's is top notch If your in need of healing, which we all are, definitely go see Amannda and her team. We are truly blessed to have her in our community.
What a wonderful healing center. Amanda is an incredible practitioner and this spot has a variety of holistic health treatments. I loved especially enjoyed the infrared sauna. The entire experience was easy to book and I was greeted with kindness from the beginning. I can't wait to go back.
This oasis is the perfect place for self care - I had my first infrared sauna yesterday and I am hooked. The heat was so cleansing, the self chosen surround sound music was soothing and the sauna and the room it was in were comfortable, private and super clean! I will be back. (Note: they offer several other fabulous services - check those out as well! )!
