“I reached out to David after receiving a positive review from a relative who had their roof replaced by him three years ago. We needed a complete re-roof with replacement and repair of termite and water damaged fascia and boards. David got back to me within 48 hours to set up an appointment to inspect and assess the roof. He was polite, friendly and easy to communicate with. He discussed his findings and presented us with the choice of shingle materials and colors allowed under the California Cool Roof Code and shared the strengths and weaknesses of each of our choices. He also shared the added requirement of dormers for ventilation. He patiently answered every question and gave a ballpark figure and promised the written estimate at end of day. Later that afternoon I received his estimate and proposal for review and acceptance. He included cost of dormers and cost per board foot for each type of lumber with caveat that the actual job total could exceed the estimate based on permit costs and how extensive actual frame and fascia damage was. Once contract was signed it was maybe a couple of days while permits were pulled then David and his crew showed up and work got started. From start to finish David was there. He was as hands on as his crew during the whole process. He and his crew were amazingly professional and courteous. Aside from the expected noise of demolition and repair there was no rowdy or unnecessarily loud actions or words. At the end of each workday the ground and landscaping were neat and debris free. David was even witnessed stepping through and hand picking off bits of paper and shingle fragments from the landscaping. Total different scene from what I remember from previous roofings. The total cost of the project was a little more than what the estimated cost was but it was due to additional repairs and added dormer mandated by the inspector. David explained the additional required fixes as well as noting them on the final invoice. He took and sent us photos of the finished roof. It looks great and he and his crew left the roof and gutters as spotless as the area surrounding the house. I can't say enough good about David and his crew. We're so impressed that we are planning to have his people back to do some work on the interior of the house as well. David doesn't hand out business cards or do heavy advertising, preferring word of mouth referrals. He does maintain an informative and up to date website and answers queries in a timely manner. Our job was for a 999 square foot single story house and garage and from demo to final inspection took 3 days with a few additional hours for finishing and clean up. Great owner and outfit and one I recommend without hesitation or reservation.“

We did not want to cut corners and wanted the work done right, and that's what we got. The paint they use is top quality industrial formulas. Fernando gave us updates and told us what to expect every step of the way. Such a positive disposition and good communicator. Don't get your house spray painted in one day. Do it right, and do it with the right company!“
