“Absolutely incredible service, I have been coming here for my eye exams and glasses for 5 years. Even when you just need your lenses fixed a bit or your frames tightened they will casually fix it for you. The staff is kind and helpful and won’t give you attitude for needing help. Dr. Chia is also very kind and flexible. They make you feel really comfortable and their prices are great and they will let you know if they have deals.”

“Brought my son to get his eyes checked and the staff was all very kind and helpful. We had an appointment and were helped right away. The office is very clean and well kept. Dr. Minati Acharya was very patient with my 5 year old son. This was his first eye appointment and he had to get his eyes dilated so he was nervous. But the doctor helped make him feel very comfortable. Would definitely recommend this eye doctor if you have young kids.”

“I’m very happy with Veo Optics and Johan! I needed prescription lenses for my new Cartier frames. I checked with 4-5 other providers in the Bay Area but most were not able to create the type of lenses for my frames and said they were too delicate and unique. Johan helped me find the right shape and material lenses and recommended slightly narrower lenses that made the fit much better and very personalized - way better than what I initially expected. They even helped me with insurance which saved me some money and good amount of time. Highly recommend them for their expertise and great customer experience”

“After 7+ years, I finally got myself another pair of glasses. Two pair actually! Aimee was so friendly and worked with me to pick out the perfect pair of glasses. She had me try on nearly every style in the store and got me to venture outside my comfort zone. I tried on a pair I would never have tried and love them! I got them in two colors. My old glasses were so old, putting the new pair on was an adjustment and Aimee went above and beyond to adjust them perfectly for me. I will definitely recommend The Optician to everyone.”

They were able to squeeze me in literally within the hour on such a short notice. The eye exam was really quick and efficent, and I was able to even get a few pairs of free contact lenses for my event today!!! I am most definitely returning to get my glasses here!!!”
