Joseph was a lifesaver. My 2016 eyeglasses' right arm snapped in half. He found me a nice cheap replacement frame whose arm he took out, filed etc, to plop it into my old frame to make this last till I can find a new long term frame.

My wife and I have taken, at least, six pair of designer glasses that needed serious repair—everything from broken and bent frames, missing nose pads, and stylish lenses. From Gucci, Prada, to Tom Ford, Joseph met every challenge and restored our glasses to new condition. He works fast but efficient.

I was on a visit to SF and had a problem with my glasses. Got a recommendation to visit We Care Optical and was not disappointed. Although he didn’t had the right materials which only dealers or the frame I have have, they were so kind to provide a 1st aid so I can pass my stay here with my glasses. Would recommend to anyone who needs glasses to pay a visit.
