I am not an easy person when it comes to frames. After 120 hours of looking and searching, I destroyed my glasses while flying from Florida to Berkeley. I came into the store and Lisa was so patient and caring she had my old lenses trimmed and put into a budget frame so I could see and then found 5 gorgeous frames that fit my huge head and in 30 minutes accomplished more than I had in a month. Just such sweet people. I forgot the gentleman's name but also just so patient and inviting. Such a lost art in business these days. Can't wait for my next visit so I can get another frame!!!!!
So so awesome and kind staff!!! I called needing an eye exam and contact lenses on the same day and they were so nice, espically one of the staff members JoJo. They were able to squeeze me in literally within the hour on such a short notice. The eye exam was really quick and efficent, and I was able to even get a few pairs of free contact lenses for my event today!!! I am most definitely returning to get my glasses here!!!
