I love these guys. First, and most importantly, they are very competent. All of my prescriptions have always been excellent, providing great clarity of vision. Next, they have really great frames. I've bought some first class frames that were worth every penny. The frame selection is one of the best reasons to go here. That said, one thing I like about this practice is they completely understand buying inexpensive spares online, and they are super helpful. Finally, they are very Covid aware. When you are in a small dark room with another person, it's comforting to know that they are wearing a mask and looking out for your health.

So I have been going here for years - and they are great - but I wanted to highlight something recently that I really appreciated. I have a 15 year old who was excited to try contacts, but unfortunately my kid has large fingers and a huge blink reflex. We gave it a try and it was tough. However, Dr. Poon was incredibly patient with my kid and took his time to give tips and suggestions. My kid was pretty self-critical, and we had to come back more than once to get the contacts in and out, but in the end they were able to make it work. Spoke with Todd over the phone and was able to go in right away. Todd was so helpful in finding a frame I liked. He suggested shapes and sizes that would be complimentary to my face and also suggested frames that would fit an Asian face. He was very understanding that I was looking for a colorful frame. Thanks to Todd's great service, I was able to find something I really liked and was out the door in about 15 minutes.
