I had a wonderful experience today. I was happy because I was able to made a same day appointment. When I arrived, the staff was very friendly and assisted me quickly. Dr. Nguyen was so pleasant, friendly, thoughtful and considerate. He ooooooozed positivity. While eye exams are typically pretty mundane, Dr. Nguyen turned it into a very nice experience. He also told me how excited he was that I was coming in because I was a new patient. Wow. That felt so good to hear. Different members of his staff were helpful again after the exam was over. Dr. Nguyen and the team at Bell Vision are great! He’s very patient and knowledgeable and check’s in with you to make sure your questions are answered. I was also assisted by the front desk team and Rachel, who helped me with my prescription and ordering of new glasses. I highly recommend them, they give folks time to make a decision before purchasing. I was also recommended to follow up with a dry eye test, which I sadly suffer chronically from. Excited to receive my new transition glasses and to learn more about how I can better care for my eyes. Thank you so much again 😁!!! PS there’s paid parking in the plaza but it’s compact.
