Out of curiosity, I dropped in to the optical department at Kaiser after an examination. I liked the selection of frames and asked if there were any drop-in openings and was informed there were. After a short wait, I was greeted by Jessica. Jessica methodically explained my lens options and offered to show me the frames. The first pair she showed me were a perfect fit and a style I liked. Inside of 30 minutes I was on my way home, with my new glasses to arrive by mail.
Rebeca Rivera adjusted my glasses and my mother's glasses and helped me decide on frames and lens for a new pair of glasses. My mother is 92 and a half, and Rebecca was patient and gentle with her. She was also knowledgeable and clearly explained my options for the new glasses. I would definitely like to work with her again. I plan to ask for her next time I need optical services.
I was in the optical center and didn't have an appointment, they got me in there, got my order for new glasses and was out of there in no time. And they will mail my new glasses to me. I always like coming here.
