I started coming here because my hairdresser moved to this salon. It is a busy salon with lots of stylists. Everyone is very pleasant. You could probably to do walk-ins if you are new since they have so many stations. The salon is located in a little shopping center. Parking is ok. There is a next door Starbucks and Joanne's.

This is the best haircut I’ve ever gotten. The owner, Ben, does tattoos in the back but if you ever meet him he’s the coolest guy ever. Paul is super chill, gave me the best haircut. They were also playing the old school Jumanji with Robin Williams on the TV because they appreciate fine art and culture, which is always nice to see. Go check ‘em out!

I stopped by first thing Monday morning in a rush to get cleaned up for my girl's birthday dinner. Eddie had just opened up and gladly took me in. When I say I've tried 20+ barbers in San Diego it's no joke. Every other spot either messed up my cut, gave me a bad vibe, or didn't even respond when I was ready for a return visit. I eventually gave up and just started wearing a hat. Eddie changed that. He got my hair looking better than anyone before clean, sharp, and exactly what I wanted. He's polite, professional, and knocked out an amazing skin fade with a design (including eyebrows) in no time so I could get on my way. On top of that, the vibe in the shop was perfect l great music playing, the interior is clean and stylish, and it just feels like a place you want to come back to. I've been going to Daryl Kennedy styles for about a year now. I've been very happy with the quality and consistency of the haircuts from Darel. I enjoy all his barber shop memorabilia and history. He's personable, funny AND delivers a great haircut. I recommend calling ahead for an appointment.
Though I only get my haircut, this is a full service salon. Color, sytles and nails.
Side note: Darel is an avid gardener. I don't think he's ever met a flower he didn't like.

I love this place, at the time of this review the haircuts are only $16. But, beware, it's always busy and it's first come first serve. If you're planning on going, give yourself some time. I've never been any less then 4 people deep when I went. You will get a quality haircut here, the solo guy there has been cutting for over 25 years. You'll sit down and 15 minutes later you're done. He's that good.

Today I called looking for some Q-Cell surfboard filler. The gentlemen who answered the phone was probably one of the best examples of true customer service I have experienced to date. With an instant understanding of the project he was able to remind me that q-cell is a brand name. The material is just micro balls. MICRO BALLS! And wouldn't ya know it! I just happened to have a bottle in my garage. He did all of this, after he explained his company did not have what I needed. Outstanding! Almost miraculous!
I use to go to the La Mesa location but tried here and WOW! The beds have bulbs that are regularly changed and NO bulbs out(especially for months at a time).... Employees are super friendly and knowledgeable. I drive an extra 20 minutes to this location and totally worth it!

I’ve been going to Ember for over 15 years and I’ve tried many other salons and they don’t even come close to as good as Ember is. She takes her time and is very sweet. Her mom is a joy to be around. I like that Ember can speed things up when I tell her I’m in a rush. One time she suggested I go to the Doctor for my toes and I did and she was right to do that because I had a nail procedure that changed my life for the better. Thank you Ember!!!

I recently went to get a hydrating facial and last lift with Doman and it was one of most relaxing facials! She really knows what she's talking about when it comes to hydration. She went into detail every step and days later my face still feels so hydrated! She sets a relaxing tone in her room and really makes you feel comfortable. She made my lashes look so natural and voluminous. I definitely will be going back again!!

Went here for my second nose piercing after not getting good service at my first place. my sisters and I got great service here and the man who helped us was very kind and even offered a deal. My first tattoo ever, and it was amazing!!! Alyssa is very talented and very knowledgeable. You can tell that she enjoys the craft, and that just made me more confident about getting my tattoo. Obviously I was nervous about getting it, especially cause it was pretty big but of course she was understanding and let me know numbing cream was available if I wanted to use it. The tattoo was pretty painful, but she worked very efficiently and even offered her iPad to watch a movie for some distraction which helped A LOT. Her work impressed me from what I’ve seen online, and I was confident that she was gonna make this tattoo great and it did. Turned out awesome! Literally not a single regrets or negative thought about any of it. Alyssa is professional, talented, and I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone for any style of tattoo.

Service and availability are top notch! My first interaction with Remedy Rooter was with their scheduling dispatcher, Amber who was on top of my request for a slow drain repair ASAP. She remembered who I was every time I called back. My slow drain did eventually reveal itself to be a BROKeN drain line with a massive clog. Rafael, the tech that officially diagnosed the problem offered up multiple solutions. He ends up being able to fix it without tearing up my whole house and was done in one day. ❤️

Best plumber in the San Diego area. Had a flooding problem, and the insurance company recommended a plumber. He came and gave me estimate of $17.000 to instal a new sewer pipe inside my home, meaning six weeks in a hotel. Plus the floors, walls, commodes, and sinks would have to be replaced, which would cost another $20,000 plus. Called Steele Plumbing, and Steve came out and solved the problem for $3,000.

Pacific was recommended by the contractor that originally installed our HVAC units, but has since retired. I knew he would point me in the right direction and he did! I e-mailed Pacific Refrigeration late in the day with the make & model number of our Rheem HVAC unit, explained the issue and let them know that it's not an emergency, just send a tech when one is in our neighborhood. The next morning we got a call stating a tech could be here in an hour, so I stated that would work. Within the hour, Dean showed up ready to work. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a bad relay switch and that he had one with him. In no time at all, he had the new relay installed, the unit buttoned back up and was complete. Dean was very professional, courteous and diligent. After such a positive experience, I would highly recommend Pacific Refrigeration.

Owner, Jason of San Diego Footing Repair came over and went under our 1956 house with pier and posts and let us know we were in need of six additional pylons and shimming on others that were not touching. Our foundation had a crack that needed to have substance put in it and a couple of braces. He gave us a highly competitive quote (we interviewed three companies) and was professional and knowledgeable about our foundation, explaining the procedures for repairs in detail. We had an emergency sewer problem almost immediately after his visit and Michele at the office was very understanding about our timeline when we needed to address the other issue first. Michele was always available to answer our questions and was so kind to offer an understanding ear during our sewer repair emergency. Happily the day of our work was even moved up a few weeks before scheduled which we appreciated due to the holiday. Dustin, Hirhm, and Lance - our foundation team, arrived early the day of work and were friendly and professional as they worked quickly and effectively on the only day projecting afternoon rain for months. The team worked tirelessly under our house for over six hours and explained work to us if we had questions. They cleaned up everything very well and even bussed out the two extra pieces from our foundation that had crumbled off. At the end, Dustin took some amazing pictures for us and kept the team working hard with his sunny personality and can do spirit. Wow!! Jaw-dropping Wow! That was my reaction seeing the finished transformation after Drew and his sons worked their magic to beautify our hideous portion of driveway concrete that was sadly jackhammered and poorly patched up after the repair of a cracked and leaking PVC pipe 3 feet below the concrete. Drew recommended a stone strip pattern with a textured coat finish and neutral coloring to match our landscape. We asked if adding a monogram as an accent was a possibility, and Drew was willing to take on the challenge. With his exquisite penmanship , he made it our own and gave it such unique character. We absolutely love it! It looks even more amazing in person. Best contractor I've worked with in years! Thanks Drew and sons!

We have a 3 acre property in east county that has over 100 pine trees that range in age from over 30 years to just sprouted volunteer trees. Roy stopped by to look at removing some of the ones that looked pretty dead from pine bark beetles and other pests. After looking at them, he told me that he could treat them instead of removing them. He treated all of them for the pests and gave them some nutrients that they really needed on 7/11/2024. Today is 7/26/2024 and all of the trees have an amazing amount of new growth on them! I am sure that none of them will need to be removed now. Roy is a true professional with many years of experience and has some specialized equipment that really helped him bring my trees back to life. I highly recommend him to anyone with tree and plant issues.
We had an oak tree over 100 yrs old that fell in the middle of the night. Heilig's came sat and climbed through the tree. They then told us they could save it and It turned out beautiful.

So much that I trust him to also adjust my kiddo as well after he injured him self playing baseball. I am ever so grateful to find an excellent chiropractor who is close by and also makes room for last minute appointments when you are in severe pain. I had a froze up lower back after horseback ridding all day, so I came in for some stim therapy and an adjustment and I was almost pain free immediately! Dr Moyer's office staff is also very nice and accommodating. The office is very clean and I also appreciate the usage of soft towels on your exam tables and not scratchy tissue paper like every other chiropractor I have been to will use. Oh! They also have an amazing therapy room will different devices to help you out - the roller table is AMAZING and my 12 year old literally falls asleep on it! We look forward to our visits each week and will be coming here for years to come :)

I am a truck driver and have been going to Dr. Miller for about 10 years. Because of the long periods i sit for work my back will sometimes lock up w excruciating pain. After a visit or 2 from Dr. Miller im back to normal in a few days. I recommend him to everyone!
I don't why it is but my dog goes off with the doctor at ECLAP like she's going on a lark. The doctors and attendants have good bedside manners and I've yet to feel like we were being rushed out the door. And if you have to wait they have a pleasant sitting area outside. ECLAP is a ways away, unlike our former vet, but the drive is worth it. Also, ECLAP isn't as expensive as our former vet.
I have a theory....it may be the odor of death and chemicals that dogs don't like at vets as the reason they are fearful of going there. ECLAP is an open-air structure where it's ventilated naturally so that odor, if present, wouldn't linger.
All the staff was more than kind. My 14-year-old shepherd Biscuit has not been feeling herself for several months. I had a feeling she wasn’t well and my instincts were correct. She had more going on than I could ever imagine. Thanks to Dr. Johnson and his staff at All God’s creatures veterinary Hospital I now have peace of mind. That I am on the right track with her care. I have had many massages over the last 40 years and recently was lucky enough to have Gina work on my badly knotted neck, shoulders and back muscles. I felt so much better when I left. Gina gave me a deep tissue massage which gave me immediate, lasting relief. However, unlike massages I have had from others, I was not left hurting from all the deep tissue therapy. Gina's experience and training in addition to her genuine care for her clients truly sets her apart from other professionals in her field. The environment is clean and comfortable, and Gina has great communication skills. For me, she has the balance perfect between conversation to help me feel relaxed, being a good listener, and describing what she is doing and why. Peggy is absolutely wonderful! She takes time to find out how you and your body is doing before she even begins her treatment, making sure she is attacking the right areas with the right oils and massage. He office is very quiet and calm and nicely appointed. You feel very comfortable being there. I always leave feeling so much better than when I first walked in the door. Her prices are right in line with the industry and her software never asks for tips when you check out with your CC. I recommend her highly!

I have been going here for almost a year. The team is very friendly, explain things well, and work with you on your recovery. Its a clean facility. Jeff was awesome. I can finally walk without pain thanks to him. Its been a long road but I recommend, if you have issues and need Physical Therapy, stick with it. They know what they're doing.
Joe he is my therapist and he has worked his magic in relieving my pain. He is a true professional, competent and caring, He is always attentive and sensitive to the problems, designing an appropriate regimen which changes as per my progress. I will be ending my sessions with him ,but secure in the knowledge that help is at hand if I need it. Joe is just a very sweet and compassionate person, I highly recommend him. The staff at this facility are all amazing and friendly especially Michael . I love this place

From the first session treating my injured shoulder, they have shown great care and concern to putting me on a positive path to recovery. Best of all, the therapists and techs at Advanced Physiotherapy listen to my needs and gauge the treatment towards a positive outcome. Noora has been a great help in my recovery from plantar fascia. She is an expert in percussion therapy. It is one of the only therapies where I have seen improvement in my mobility. The deep treatment is felt from the beginning to the end of the sessions and has given me relief from the pain in areas that others have not helped as much.

OMG! The treatment I received today was incredible! I left Dr. Custodio office relaxed and content. My cc- numbness of the right arm at night; it might take a couple of additional treatments to resolve it. I recommend everyone to get acupuncture; it definitely helps to resolve any disbalance and prevents from temporary issues becoming permanent. Go see Lesley, she is professional and her acupuncture needling technique is very gentle! You will love it.

Wow, I cannot say enough about Mary. I am a nervous parent, and having a teenage driver has really upped my level of anxiety. Mary was able to help me realize that my son is a good driver, while teaching him important safety and driving expectations. He passed his driving test with 100%, no errors. I actually had to ask another employee at the DMV just to make sure lol. Mary was truly a joy to work with, and my son felt completely at ease with her. I highly recommend her!

I am so pleased with the services we received from Sami. He is a great instructor and felt like family. We have crazy hectic schedule, Sami went out of his way to instruct our daughter Jazmine out of his standard hours such as working later in the evening to accommodate us. We are so grateful for Sami and this driving school. Our daughter passed her behind the wheel on her first try. We referred our co-worker and she is already receiving their services.
