“I contacted VIP plumbing because my tankless water heater has error message 11 and stop working. The owner Vince immediately picked up the phone and showed up at the same day. When he came he just told me that clean it will fix the problem without even looking at the my heater. He is so honest and professional. And the fee for one hour cleaning is very fair and reasonable. Unlike the other guy from other company who trying to sell me a brand new water heater, Vince opened my heater and check everything, telling me that the part looks good, no need to replace the new heater which will cost me thousands of dollars.
