“The guys were great. Friendly, knowledgeable and informative. Got the job done quickly and cleaned up after themselves. Sean happened to see that a passerby had dropped an empty beer bottle. He went so far as to grab a pan and broom and swept up the broken glass, warning a guy walking his dog about the glass. Beyond the call.This never got posted I guess. “If you are looking to do a house repipe, you need to at least have an interview with Brasso's Plumbing. I initially met with the owner, Brad. He is professional, knows his stuff and came back with a complete estimate with a couple of options for me to consider (copper or pex, recirculating hot water, shower trim, valve configurations, exterior lines etc.).The day of install, he and his crew of eight, started around 7:30 am and were cleaned up and rolling out the drive by 2:30 pm.The job was done efficiently, minimal disruption.I highly recommend this OUTSTANDING local plumber.“
“I called Seth on the recommendation of my brother, a local appliance repairman. My shower water turned cold after only four or five minutes. Initially I thought it was because my tankless on-demand water heater had not been maintained in six years. Seth did extensive trouble shooting and demonstrated that it was not the water heater. He replaced the cartridge and the balance cylinder in my shower and tightened the handle. The shower works flawlessly now. However, Seth pointed out that the plumber who installed the tankless water heater did not install the maintenance kit that the manufacturer requires for draining and flushing the system. I had him replumb the water heater properly. He performed the required maintenance. I am satisfied that the water heater will be able to be maintained according to manufacturer specifications in the future. I also had Seth install .5-1. micron and 4-5 micron water purification filters for drinking water. Seth provided several options with varying costs depending on my choices for all of the work he did. He was professional, on time, and checked back periodically to see that things were working well. I will contact him for future plumbing issues and recommend him unconditionally.“

“Najib showed up to give an estimate for installing a heat pump water heater as a replacement for a gas water heater. It requireds installing a 240 volt electrical line which Najib is not licensed to do. He should have informed me about that on phone but he waived the $75 estimate fee nevertheless as he cannot do the full job for me. So, I give him 5 stars for his professionalism.“

“Very professional, knowledgeable and thorough!Expensive, but I feel comfortable with what we need to do! And I feel it will be done right!Not disappointed! Came back the next day and took on a very difficult job under the house. Removed all excess water and contaminated soil. Totally prepped the work area. Removed all fittings and damaged pipes. Replace with new ABS and shored up the strapping. Did a complete test with all fixtures running and flushing the toilets. Work held up to everything running at the same time. Then backfilled areas where soil was removed. After spending most of a day under the house. Finished with a great attitude and level of professionalism! You get what you pay for! We are very pleased with Advanced Plumbing and especially the work Max did! Thank you!“
