We agreed on an option, and within 2 hours, Jose arrived and started on the replacement water heater. He quickly and expertly had the replacement installed and didn't mind answering all the random questions along the way. It requireds installing a 240 volt electrical line which Najib is not licensed to do. He should have informed me about that on phone but he waived the $75 estimate fee nevertheless as he cannot do the full job for me. So, I give him 5 stars for his professionalism.“
