Radical Change Pilates & Wellness Pilates

“I recently started private lessons with Ananda at Radical Change Pilates. I cannot begin to express how much I love this place and the respect I have for Ananda and her knowledge of Pilates. My body is already starting to make improvements in a relatively short time from long term nagging injuries. Ananda is so good at knowing the balance of when to push and where the line is for my body. I already bought 20 more sessions! She is professional, warm and always welcoming. I could not be happier and have been telling everyone about Radical Change. I would recommend them to literally friends, family and even strangers!“

“First time trying Barre3 and I’m obsessed!
For me, it’s the perfect combination of cardio and weights, and you can adjust everything to your own level.
After only five classes, I already feel stronger, more flexible and way more balanced.

The instructors are amazing, not only are they super talented but they created such a safe, welcoming space every single class.

You have to try it. You won’t regret it! ?✨“

“Isotiques is the perfect barre studio for multiple reasons. I’ve taken barre classes at several places but none have the unique, effective method that Isotiques delivers. When I first started taking classes here, I saw changes in my body after just 2 classes - no joke! It’s the only workout I did leading up to my wedding in order to get into optimal shape. You are guaranteed to get a thorough and intense workout every single time. They will push you to exert your best effort, but at the same time will not single you out or make you feel uncomfortable if you are struggling. The instructors are great at showing you modifications and making sure your form is correct to get the best results! The rest of the decor throughout the studio is super classy and cute too. I would recommend Isotiques to anyone interested in a Barre/Mat Pilates type class, new comer or veteran.“

“I’ve been doing Pilates for about two years and my entire physicality has changed. Every aspect of my life is better. For men, Pilates is a hidden gem. Point Pilates is the best studio I have ever been to. I spent 9 months working out here before leaving the area for a job, and have yet to find a better studio. I recently popped into a class and had a great experience. Wanted to leave an appreciation post here. Thank you Point Pilates for introducing me to Pilates, and for setting the bar so high!“

“I'm very happy with my first month here at this studio. They have so many classes because they have 2 studios. So far I've taken the Center & Balance and Flow 1 classes with too many instructors to count. The classes are varied between the instructors and that makes the classes interesting. I'm looking forward to leveling up. I wanted to add that I do have health issues and I am able to go at my own pace and ability.
If you take the intro class you really only have time to try the reformer but there are other pieces of equipment they use during classes.“

“Two classes with Andrew today and I’m glowing! ?✨ I sweated, I laughed, I had a blast. Andrew is hands down the best way to start or end your day ~ his positive energy is contagious and I always leave stronger, happier, and so proud of myself.

Looking back, I’m beyond grateful I started this journey months ago. Working out has finally become a habit that stuck, and it’s all thanks to Andrew. Somehow, he makes me want to show up, push myself, and become the best version of me.
If you’ve been on the fence, don’t wait ~ just take a class. Life’s too short not to feel this good. ?

“My daughter has been attending Golden State Ballet Academy for almost a year. The group lessons are high-quality, and all teachers are very professional and encouraging. My daughter feels seen and supported at each class. She especially likes Mr. Raul’s teaching style and his lessons on various ballet turns. She enjoyed dancing on stage with her peers during her first Nutcracker season. She also cherished the time spent learning from the company's professional dancers, as she danced with them on stage. Thanks to Golden State for providing such fantastic opportunities to its students!“

“I came to Avanti Pilates almost a year ago. I was an active person prior, but I pinched a nerve and have been out of commission. I had to rebuild my strength. Daniella has been amazing at helping me get back to my abilities. She's patient, encouraging and hyper aware of my body position while I do the exercises. I'm completely comfortable that I'm in good hands and won't hurt myself as I learn Pilates. And I've been able to gain my muscle back. All the while, she's compassionate, friendly, and encouraging. After struggling with back pain for years, my doctor recommended physical therapy and Pilates. I ended up focusing on Pilates, and I’m so glad I did—my back pain is completely gone.

“I've taken private pilates lessons with Jessica for nearly a year while rehabbing from sciatica and back surgery. She is amazing. Extremely knowledgeable about pilates, she adjusts positions for my particular problems, finds ways to push me, celebrates my progress, and cares about me as a whole. She even got me to start swimming, which really aided my recovery. Finally, Jessica is very funny AND a really kind person. It's easy to develop trust and rapport with her, which I think is important for anyone learning and growing in pilates. And did I mention her rates are ridiculously low for private pilates?? Yes, you need to try her!“

“Rick B.
I’ve been a client of Secil’s for over 8 years, doing an hour session in her studio every week. I started doing Pilates 17 years ago. She’s not only a superb trainer, she is a healer. She’s healed a rotator cuff injury I’d had since my late teens from a water skiing accident. A year of directed exercises completely healed the injury, allowing me full range of motion I hadn’t had for over 60 years. Two years later, a wrong move dancing gave me a very painful knee injury. An orthopedic surgeon recommended arthroscopy to remove bone chips from under the patella. I asked him if it would completely cure the problem and he said, “No, when I take something out of one side of the knee, the other side will be bad in a year.” I cancelled the surgery and had Secil start working on it. Directed exercises once again had it healed completely in a year. I’ll be frank, geriatric Pilates, her specialty, takes hard work, but it changed my life for the better. She’s a master, and a wonderful person as well.“

“I cannot recommend Eva highly enough! From the very beginning, she took the time to understand my specific concerns and tailored each session to suit my needs. Eva was the first person to look at my body carefully and diagnose the issues causing my pain.

Her deep knowledge of body mechanics, combined with her patient and encouraging teaching style, helped me build strength, improve my posture, and significantly reduce my discomfort. Because Eva explains why every exercise is important, I have gained a better understanding of how my body works which has helped me immensely.

Beyond her technical expertise, Eva is warm and supportive which makes each session enjoyable and productive. She consistently provides insightful feedback and gentle corrections, ensuring I perform each movement safely and effectively.

Thanks to her expertise, I have not only experienced a decrease in pain but also gained greater mobility. If you're looking for a skilled and compassionate specialist who truly cares about your well-being, Eva is the perfect choice!

Thank you, Eva, for your unwavering support and for helping me achieve such positive results!“

“It is with pure joy to let the world know how fabulous Michele is on every way. There are not enough accolades in my vocabulary to sufficiently describe just how incredible of a person she is. Michele is very knowledgeable about the body and how our muscles affect our movements. She incorporates Pilates and yoga with her workouts and has great equipment and weights to add to the mix. It’s always a thorough workout. She is an encyclopedia of exercises and has the ability to zero-in on the best exercises for my fitness which many times reveals my many weak spots as well!! If I can’t do an exercise, Michele breaks it down or modifies it for me so I can still work that particular area. What I know and what I’ve witnessed is that Michele is committed to improving everyone’s physical fitness no matter what their fitness level or age is. She is very supportive and encouraging, and I am proof that what she teaches works like magic! I have never been in better physical shape. I am so grateful that I have Michele in my life.“
